Firecast is being used by organisations to send text, push, email and voice
messages to thousands of contacts simultaneously. For voice calls, it allows
organisations to automate voice calls with pre-defined messages and call flows,
and capture immediate responses with each automated voice call.

recipients to be sure of the originator of each message that is acted on.

Auto Responders to Perform Automated Actions
Firecast engages people across channels using interactive messages, alerts and
notifications. Replies from the multi-channels are captured, and auto-response
rules can be set to perform automated actions and to send responses based on
the content of the reply. If people cannot be contacted or if the issue cannot
be resolved, Auto Responders can be used to escalate the crisis notification to
higher level or to a different team.
